Hargeisa(SOLNA)-The  opposition chief for Justice and Welfare Party (UCID) Hon. Faisal Ali Warabe has in a strong worded statement condemned the weak Somalia Federal Government for naked interferences in Somaliland internal affairs.

The opposition leader said a case in point is the recent move by Somalia to report Somaliland and the UAE at the UN headquarters.

Hon. Faisal went further to derided the Somalia government for lacking any development agenda for Somaliland and instead runs amok to undermine any tangible development plan Somaliland tries to initiate for its people.

He cited the Berbera International Port and construction of the Wajale / Berbera highway that the Dubai based multinational is undertaking in Somaliland that has caused the Somalia Federal Government to have ill will against the people of the former British Protectorate.

The UCID boss stated that the Somalia government has failed in many other attempts to sideline Somaliland in the eyes of the global community who have always ignored the Mogadishu regime overtures to sow discord between Somaliland and its development partners.

The tripartite agreement between Somaliland, UAE and Ethiopia has become a thorn in the flesh of the Farmajo AMISOM propped regime in Mogadishu.
